What is the benefit of a Mobile Event Venue?
  • The convenience of the venue coming to the location of your choosing. 

  • Quick planning - one phone call or book online and you’re done; you get to focus on being the host

  • Ease of planning - No need to contact multiple vendors to rent tables/chairs/linen/etc.

  • Included in the rental is two hours of set up and one hour of clean up by our event team

  • You get to decide how you want to cater your event (homemade, store bought, caterer of your choosing or choose from one of our pre-set menu options.)

 
What types of events does this mobile venue accommodate?

Anniversary celebrations, wedding receptions, holiday gatherings, birthday parties, staff/customer appreciations, baby showers, viewing parties, social distancing parties, wedding showers, tailgate parties, engagement celebrations, bachelorette parties and any other event you can dream up!

 

If ETM provides food?

Great news - there are no minimum food & beverage requirements. So you get to decide if you provide food and where it’s from (homemade, store bought or caterer of your choosing). For your added convenience you can select from one of our pre-set heavy hors d'oeuvres menu options for a nominal additional fee.

If the Mobile Event Venue has any A/V?

Three mounted TV’s can be used to watch streaming channels, sporting events, home videos, slide shows, promotional videos, etc. or simply to display a static name, logo or other image.

What I want isn't listed as one of the set packages, can you accommodate special request?
Great news - yes we specialize in special request. If you can dream it, call us and let us help you bring your vision to life!
We have a theme - can we provide our own décor?

We can use your decor or specialty items to decorate, or pull from our inventory to compliment your theme or color palette. 

Branding - branding options are extensive, from TV displays, decals affixed to the mobile venue, signage affixed to the hedge walls, table signs, bar coasters/napkins and more; talk to us about your vision and we will get examples and pricing to you for approval

 

What COVID-19 safety protocols are in place? 

The team is committed to keeping you and your guests safe at events and will adhere to the highest standards of safety protocols. All events will be in compliance with Federal and State recommended guidelines.

  • Our employees are screened daily and adhere to the following at events: 

    • Regular cleaning/disinfecting of high touch areas

    • All employees wear masks

    • Social distancing from guests as much as feasible/reasonable
